DAY 1:

Brunch
(11 am – 12 pm)

Fill half bowl with the piece of cantaloupe and a glass of water

Lunch 
(1:30 pm – 2 pm)

Eat watermelon slices and two glasses of water

Post Lunch
(4 pm – 5 pm)

Single orange and a glass of water
Evening
(6:30 pm – 7 pm)

One apple with a glass of water

Dinner
(8 pm – 9 pm)

Pieces of guava and cantaloupe and two glass of water

DAY 2:

Breakfast

(8 am – 9 am)

Single boiled potato with low fat butter for taste.

Brunch

(11 am – 12 pm)

Salad of Cabbage and lettuce with a glass of water

Lunch

(1:30 pm – 2 pm)

Mixed vegetable salad with cucumbers, onions, and carrots and use two glass of water

Post Lunch

(4 pm – 5 pm)

Make a boiled broccoli and half cup of pieced bell pepper with two glass of water.

Evening

(6:30 pm – 7 pm)

Some boiled cauliflower with a glass of water

Dinner
